Ivan Babichuk博士2013年畢業(yè)于烏克蘭國(guó)家科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體物理所光學(xué)工程專(zhuān)業(yè),并于烏克蘭國(guó)家科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體物理所和深圳大學(xué)光電學(xué)院
進(jìn)行博士后研究工作。先后獲得Marie-Curie Actions國(guó)際研究員交換項(xiàng)目、烏克蘭國(guó)家科學(xué)院青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目等4項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,參與烏克蘭、
克羅斯、白俄羅斯等雙邊科研項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),在Solar Energy, Nanoscale Research letters, Materials Letters等國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表研究論文17篇。
